Once your booking is received, you will get an email confirmation outlining:
- Your course details
- Date and time
- Venue location
- Payment instructions (if applicable)
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your confirmation email within 24 hours.
You will also receive joining instructions and full terms and conditions in a separate email.
Payment Information
Payment terms vary depending on the course and booking method. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Invoice (for corporate bookings)
Full payment is usually required before the course start date. If you have specific payment queries, please contact us directly.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
- Bookings are confirmed by email and considered firm. Cancellation or postponement requests must be made in writing.
- Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- More than 28 days before the course: Full refund minus £50 admin fee.
- 15 to 28 days before: 50% refund minus £50 admin fee.
- Less than 14 days before or no-show: No refund; full charge applies.
- Substitutions of delegates are allowed with written notice and a £50 admin fee.
- Bookings cancelled less than 4 weeks prior will incur a 50% charge; less than 2 weeks prior will incur a 100% charge. Funded delegates canceling under 14 days pay a £100 fee.
- The company may cancel or postpone courses due to insufficient delegates or site suitability; alternative dates will be offered, but no compensation for incurred costs.
- Failure to meet prerequisites or supply required documents may result in full charge and cancellation of booking.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
